Purchase qualifying Chevron Delo heavy-duty diesel engine oil and receive a rebate of up to $50 from Chevron
Diesel engines like the Ram Cummins and Ford Power Stroke can require a lot of motor oil when it’s time for an oil change. Using 12 to 15 quarts of oil is not uncommon. It is always a good idea to stock up on oil for the next oil change when there is a rebate.

Chevron Delo National Rebate Promotion
Chevron is running a rebate for Chevron Delo engine oil from March 1, 2025 to May 31, 2025.
When you purchase a qualifying Chevron Delo product from a participating retailer, you can receive a rebate as a check or Venmo payment for up to $25 with two (2) rebates per person, household, or address.
Qualifying Chevron Delo Products
The current Chevron Delo rebate offer is good for the purchase of the following products:
- (3) Three gallons of Chevron Delo XLE, XLE SB and receive a $15 rebate
- (4) Four gallons of Chevron Delo XLE, XLE SB and receive a $20 rebate
- (5) Five gallons of Chevron Delo XLE, XLE SB and receive a $25 rebate
- (3) Three gallons of Chevron Delo 400 XSP and receive a $25 rebate
- (3) Three gallons of Chevron Delo 600 ADF and receive a $25 rebate
Chevron Delo XLE is a synthetic blend heavy-duty engine oil for extended drains and mixed fleets.
Chevron Delo XSP is a fully synthetic heavy-duty engine oil for four-stroke diesel and gasoline engines.
Chevron Delo ADF is a premium synthetic blend, heavy-duty, long-drain, mixed-fleet engine oil.
Qualifying Chevron Delo product sizes for this rebate offer are 1-gallon bottles.

There is an option for “Other” on the rebate form where a retailer not on the list of ineligible retailers can be entered.
How to Submit Your Chevron Delo Rebate
You have two options to claim the Chevon Supreme rebate – online or by mail
Submit Your Chevron Rebate Online
To submit your rebate online, visit the Chevron Delo Rebate Online Claim Form.
Enter the requested information and upload your receipt or shipping confirmation (for online purchases) as an image or PDF.
You will need to submit a photo of your sales receipt or shipping confirmation. The receipt or shipping confirmation needs to indicate the retailer’s name, purchase date, product type, container size, and number of bottles.
Submit Your Chevron Rebate by Mail
Print out and complete the Chevron Delo rebate form.
Include a copy of the retailer’s dated receipt showing the Chevron Delo purchase during the promotional period, purchase date, motor oil brand or type, container size, and number of bottles.

It can take 4 to 6 weeks for your rebate to be processed and paid.
To check the status of your rebate, you can visit the Claim Status page. You will need your Claim ID, name, and postal code to look up your rebate status.
Chevron Delo Rebate Terms and Conditions
Oil must be purchased between March 1, 2025 and May 31, 2025.
You must purchase a minimum of three gallons of the qualifying Chevron Delo product in the package sizing listed.
There is a limit of two (2) rebates per person, household, or address, up to a maximum rebate of $50. Limit one (1) claim per stamped envelope.
Offer is only valid for residents of the 50 US states and the District of Columbia.
Claims must be postmarked by June 5, 2025 and received by June 15, 2025.

One of the best times to stock up on motor oil is when there is a rebate available. A rebate is not as convenient as an instant discount at the register when something is on sale. But a rebate is still money back in your wallet as long as you follow the offer terms and conditions.

Buying oil and a filter and changing your own oil can be more affordable than going to the dealer or a mechanic. When you DIY, you will know that the job was done correctly. It is not unheard of for quick lube places to forget to tighten the oil drain plug afterward (which has happened to my father) or to add new motor oil back in the engine.
